Jose G. Oliveira is a trial focused litigator whose legal career has centered on litigation in complex, high stakes disputes. His practice focuses on patent litigation and related commercial matters where outcomes turn on technically intensive records, expert testimony, and disciplined motion practice. He represents businesses in patent infringement cases from pre suit investigation through discovery, dispositive motions, and trial preparation, with an emphasis on building the facts and telling the story clearly to the court and opposing counsel.

Jose is admitted in Florida and to practice in the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida, and he litigates under the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure. He is experienced in document intensive discovery, expert depositions, valuation and damages disputes, and evidentiary hearings, and he approaches every case with a trial ready mindset.

Before practicing law, Jose spent more than fifteen years working directly with engineers, surveyors, appraisers, and technical consultants on infrastructure and property rights matters. He holds two associate degrees in Civil Engineering Technology, which gives him a practical foundation for understanding engineering concepts, technical documentation, and expert analysis. He enjoys learning the technology at the center of a dispute and taking the time to understand how systems work before shaping litigation strategy. He has also taught professional courses on real estate law, negotiations, easements, and eminent domain, and previously served as an adjunct professor of Business Ethics. Fluent in Spanish, Jose frequently assists clients in matters involving multilingual teams and international business relationships connected to US disputes.
